10/04/15 :: Extended end date by one week. Thank you all so much for the amazing entries so far!! I already know I'm gonna have some major issues choosing *o* Also I'm gonna start making passes through submissions to make sure everything is correct with the entries and making comments wherever necessary.
One thing I've seen a lot of is that people forget to add both MP values for tails: add mp for the style, and then again for the size!

Cairo is a tough and stubborn yet foolish Elnin. They chase storms but don't actually do so to benefit others with their findings or meteorological knowledge. They're simply a thrill-seeker. They will gladly warn other Elnin of coming storms but they are more likely to invite others to join them in their reckless behavior. They act really cocky when returning to the city probably battered by a storm. They wear a mask over their nose and mouth when venturing outside of cities as a very poor and nearly inefficient protection from the fog. It's a true mystery how they haven't fallen ill yet.
